I'm not sure if this is new, refurbished or used, so it's being listed as preowned. However if you look at the mounting holes the don't look like they've been used. This  belonged to my brother who used to build customized computers in the 80's and 90's.
I sold one of these and the buyer let me know it worked out fine for him.

This was acquired and stored in a plastic bag inside a foam wrapped / packed cardboard package.
