    Description

Vintage 1970's A&P Grocery Food African American Operation breadbasket Ad. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
"We’re going to make your bag our bag."
The ad is a response to Operation Breadbasket, an effort started by Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference to address economic conditions in black communities across the United States.
This is an original print on what i believe to be poster paper. This was with some other African  american advertising I have from the 1970's. The only other example of this ad i can find is in the issue #13 of Golden Legacy: Illustrated History Magazine from 1972. Very slight browning to the edges as seen in photos.
    Overall size with boarder 15 1/2" x 12"
