Many fields and individual referees are making the switch to this Field Ref jersey design so that they can keep cool during warmer climates.  In colder climates, this can be worn over your existing layers. The Grit Sleeveless paintball ref jerseys are 100% dye sublimated with amazing high quality color saturation onto a lightweight polyester fabric. The Field Ref design is a modern twist on the traditional “zebra stripe” referee design. Social Paintball kept the familiar black and white stripes, but added red highlights that make the overall design highly visible while clearly stating “Referee” on the front and “Ref” on the back. They are loose fit, light, comfortable, easy to wash, and provide great breathability.
