Rare limited edition item with 18k two-toned gold nib commemorating the return of Hong Kong in 1997 to the Chinese motherland.
High relief engraving featuring two dragons, mother and child, referencing the relationship between China and Hong Kong, and the pink dolphin symbolizing the reunification.
This numbered limited edition celebrates the Return to the Motherland is is crafted in .925 silver, each containing an 18K gold calligraphic nib inlaid with a dragon head and engraved with the words "Hong Kong 1997". This pens has the logo at the top of the cap, the clip with the thin red enamel striation, and the 4 Chinese ideograms and the date 1997 on the hand. The extraordinary care we have taken with its design is the expression of an ancient and traditional mastery. This pen has distinctive aspects of both Hong Kong and China. The cap was made to display treasured symbols of Hong Kong and China. The top is decorated with the Bauhinia flower encircled by the words, "Return of the Motherland", and enameled in the original red color of the Association's official logo.
