- All returns require authorization prior to being sent in. Please make contact through eBay for an RMA#. Returns will only be accepted for orders with new, un-used items w/ their original packaging in tact within the first 30 Days of receiving your order. Buyer pays for all return shipping + standard restock fee. Any items sent back in used or damaged condition will be subject to additional fees determined upon inspection. All defective product claims need to be addressed by the manufacturer's tech department prior to being accepted as an approved return.
