Rebecca Moss was a high-end Manhattan boutique from designer Sam Zagoory. It was known for its sophisticated offering of fine writing instruments. Zagoory put a lot of passion into his exclusive designs, both offbeat and artistic, that all had some level of flair like no other. Rebecca Moss pens have been known to rival the likes of Montblanc, although they are more focused on design and originality.
In early 2000s Omas did a number of special limited editions for the Rebecca Moss store in New York City using some of the rarer celluloids. The catalogue featured five Limited Edition (100 units) OMAS Bologna and namely: Saft Green, Royal Blue, Pearl Grey, Scarlet Red and the Arco Brown with the Spina di Pesce configuration.
Back then Saft Green, Royal Blue, Pearl Grey, Scarlet Red and the regular Arco Brown were already part of the OMAS Paragon Catalogue.
The concerned pen is from original OMAS, not made after Omas has closed. Real Collector's piece.
In the 1930’s, OMAS pens differed from other celluloid pens not only in terms of models and technical solutions but also in the incredible number of colours and designs. This was undoubtedly linked to typically Italian artistic imagination.
Arco proved a cut above the rest and soon became a hallmark of the House. Arco is not the name of a colour but of a design. It denotes a refined composition of subtle shades blending into the basic colour at the front of the pen to form a narrow arc with a strikingly beautiful effect.
Production was suspended on account of the drastic shortage of the basic raw material caused by World War II and it was only in 1990 that production was resumed after much painstaking research began to bear fruit.
The celluloid is a very precious material that is obtained from wood and embodies all the qualities that make a perfect pen: brightlook, light weight, robustness, pleasant feel and an extraordinary combination of colours. Manufactured using the same methods of OMAS founder, Armando Simoni, a celluloid pen requires 365 days of production, each celluoid pen is a unique piece.

Selling all over the world for us the shipping is an important issue.
We use only high quality materials such as double wall cardboard boxes, extra large buble wrap, polypropylene packaging tape, pvc pipe with high resistance.
Shipment is guaranteed within 24 hours after receiving payment.
We have had some problems with our traditional shipping methods (lost packages, major slowdown in delivery) therefore we decided to move to Fedex Priority Service.
So, the shipping costs are now slightly more expensive (between and 0 depending on destination country, volume and weight of the parcel) but the service is greatly better.
FedEx requires a telephone number (landline or mobile) on the shipping label.
For this reason we kindly ask you to tell us your phone number on the Paypal or with an ebay message.
