Omas Arco Vermeil Paragon

Description

Omas brown arco with vermeil cap.   The pen has a broad nib.    The pen takes and expel water.   Section is marked 1998.
The pen presents as uninked.
When filled with water and blotted on a tissue, no ink.   A wet cotton swab inserted in the cap, no ink.
There are spots of plating loss to the cap.  There are a few small spots of pitting to the cap.   There is also tarnish to the cap.
