The OMAS Limited Edition 360 Lucens was produced in 1996 for the 10th Anniversary of the introduction of the the 360 triangular design, a model often imitated in vain, that combines tradition and avant-garde design. This unique blue celluloid design is produced using old techniques from the 1930’s, combining the solid mixture of colours on the cap and then using the same colours to achieve transparency to the barrel, which in turn shows the piston filler mechanism.
As in the vintage Omas Extra Lucens, it is embellished by three fine darts, while the specially designed clip symbolises both collections with its “wheel” end and dynamic lines.
The elegant nib holder is the perfect accompaniment to a symbolic nib engraved with the two significant dates, 1996-2006. Vermeil sections and fittings.
The Omas 360 Lucens fountain pen is being produced in a numbered run of 1000, including 500 with uneven numbers with high-tech finish and 500 with even numbers with a golden finish. The same numbering scheme has been applied for the Omas 360 Lucens Rollerball pens (180 with HT finish and 180 with vermeil finish).
These are Original Omas pens, not made from parts after they closed.
The pens came with: specific Omas presentation case (signs of wear), matching ink, pouches, outer box (quite worn), International Guarantee Certificate (blank).
