III. RETURN POLICY
Before you bid on this item, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your system by visiting the manufacturer's web site. We assume NO responsibility and will NOT accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your system configuration or are incorrectly ordered.
We accept returns of product on Defective or Non-Working Items Only - No Exceptions.
Defective product will be exchanged with working product OR a refund of the product cost only will be given if a suitable exchange is not available.
Shipping costs back and forth are non-refundable.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchanges or refunds. Please allow up to (5) business days for our tech team to check out your returned item.
All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be received with 10 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void.
All defective items being returned must be packed in original boxes or materials as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
