PRE-OWNED, ARTIST SIGNED, MADE IN MEXICO,
RUSSIAN / EASTERN ORTHODOX, BYZANTINE STYLE CHRISTIAN CROSS,
STERLING SILVER 925
LARGE SIZE PENDANT AND NECKLACE
NO MONOGRAMS OR ENGRAVINGS,
CURB LINK NECKLACE CHAIN MEASURES 24" LONG x 1/8" WIDE,
CROSS MEASURES 2-1/4" LONG x 1-1/4" WIDE,
TOTAL WEIGHT OF 28.4 GRAMS
Shows typical light wear from use and storage, including minor surface marks and scratches.  It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine, and is very clean.  It is straight, not bent, has no personal monograms or engravings, clasp is tight and secure, with no major issues at all.
A quality made pendant and necklace that really stands out and makes a statement.
Both the pendant and necklace are hallmarked and are made by two different artists.  The pendant is marked on the bail, although poorly stamped, HECHO EN MEXICO 925 and artist initials that appear to read LCL, while it does have the eagle assay # 3 mark on the top bottom of the cross.  The necklace is hallmarked on the clasp MEXICO 925 LMC and the eagle assay # 2 mark.  Both pieces have been stone and acid tested and confirm Sterling silver.
This is a great, very collectible piece for those that collect fine Mexican silver jewelry or you're looking for a piece like this to wear, especially if you are Orthodox Christian!  It most definitely can be worn by a man or a woman!  Add it to your collection today!
