From my personal collection, this magazine is in excellent condition! Published in England this Q mini-issue was distributed solely through
HMV
(a
UK
-based music and film retailer) so they are hard to come by! There is no date, but because the article on Ms Bush states "My first 12 years" and her first album was in 1978, I deduced this magazine is from 1990!
