Alligator Ceramic Ashtray Vintage/Soap Dish

Description

This vintage alligator ashtray has a few nicks in the paint, as I have tried to show in the photos, but looks good overall! Nice colors including aqua swirls for the water and brown scales with yellow underside for the allligator. Two grooves on sides, which, I believe, were for placing the cigarettes. One side has a little red paint (see photos), which I think probably rubbed off from another object. Bottom has a sticker that says Japan. Could also be used as soap dish. Measures about 6 1/2 inches side to side and 3 inches across bottom or about 5 inches across widest part of top. Great vintage piece!
