It is Super Rare to see the NDS note for YEAR " 2012 " with Aquino's signature ( not Arroyo) as NDS note is replaced by NGC( New Generation Currency) in  late 2010. In addition, it is RARE to see Solid no. note with number 10000000 ( 1 million) for sale, The Banknote is in Original UNC condition. The tiny blue dot on the obverse of LS1000000 is the original blue printing ink from the original source, not foxing.
