unmarked, "Grape Brocade" pattern, by Fostoria. Green, Acid Etched
Large Centerpiece, Pedestal Compote BOWL,
BEAUTIFUL
. Made 1928-1930.
Lovely grape vines, leaves and grapes, with acid used to etch around them, to set them off.
Use to serve grapes at dinner!
2-3 very tiny scrapes on bottom of base, near edge. Shown in photos, but barely noticeable when sitting on a table. Very minor concern.
Measures 8½" wide by 7" tall. Base is just over 4" wide. It weighs 1.67 pounds

Could not find another piece like this. I have the receipt for . I paid for it in 2000, antique gift for my late wife who loved green. Probably from the 1940's. Not an expert, but some experience over 44 years collecting fine items!
